  • Pla de Bages
  • Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc crianza
  • Low temperature maturation of the grapes for a few hours, followed by further removing of the sediment in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation in new selected french oak casks; ageing in its own dregs in the same vats for a six month period. Bottled after a light settling.
  • Clear, bright straw with hints of green indicating its youth.
  • Rich, but delicate fruit, faithful expresion of its varieties.
  • Wel Light, fresh and youthful.
  • Best served between 8 -12ºC. Ideal as an aperitif and with all types of fish and shellfish.
