- Spices, with floral hints. Evidence of vanilla, nutmeg and ageing as a result of a lengthy
- Pleasantly tannic, with a fine, lengthy finish
- Serve at a temperature between 15-17ºC. Ideally matched with stews red meats and all types of cheeses
