- Temperature controlled fermentation with skin-contact at 22- 24ºC in stainless steel tanks. 2 years of ageing in french oak casks and then in bottle.
- Medium concentration of ripe, red plum.
- Spices, with floral hints. Evidence of vanilla, nutmeg and ageing as a result of a lengthy.
- Pleasantly tannic, with a fine, lengthy finish.
- Serve at a temperature between 15-17ºC. Ideally matched with stews red meats and all types of cheeses.
