Some skin contact. Controlled fermentation at 22 - 24°C in stainless steel. Aged lightly in French and American oak casks during 6 months, and then aged in bottle.
Garnet with shades of ripe cherry
Pleasant, spicy with hints of red fruits.
Full with some tannic overtones. Long and persistent with a good ronnded.
Enjoy this wine between 15-17°C. Ideal with starters, meats and cheese.
