- Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. Raising
- Some skin contact. Controlled fermentation at 22 - 24°C in stainless steel. Aged lightly in French and American oak casks during 6 months, and then aged in bottle.
- Garnet with shades of ripe cherry
- Pleasant, spicy with hints of red fruits.
- Full with some tannic overtones. Long and persistent with a good ronnded.
- Enjoy this wine between 15-17°C. Ideal with starters, meats and cheese.
